Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a BE/BC physical medicine and rehabilitation physician with an ACGME fellowship in interventional pain medicine or a NASS accredited fellowship in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine. All candidates should be able to accurately diagnose and treat patients with pain related to spine, musculoskeletal and nerve disorders. The successful candidate will join a predominantly interventional practice, utilizing the full scope of interventional pain procedures to help patients. This candidate will have a significant role in the Memorial Spine Center, working closely with our colleagues in neurosurgery, to help provide the highest quality non-surgical and interventional spine care for our patients and the community.
The PM&R interventional pain and spine practice within the Memorial Rehabilitation Institute is a hospital-based outpatient practice that has grown to become one of the most reputable interventional pain and spine practices in the community. The practice utilizes minimally invasive procedures combined with physical therapy and other modalities along with collaborative patient education and positive lifestyle modifications to reach healthy, positive outcomes. Additionally, the practice has gained recognition for offering effective non-opioid treatment options for spine, musculoskeletal and nerve pain.
This is a full-time employed position with the Memorial Rehabilitation Institute, part of the multispecialty Memorial Physician Group. The position offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
